I offer weekly, one-to-one counselling sessions lasting 50 minutes. I work with adults and young people aged 11+

My fee is £50 per session. I am passionate about making counselling affordable and accessible for everyone who needs it, and so I also offer some sessions at a discounted rate for clients who are not working full-time (these appointments are limited so please contact me to check availability).

​I offer a free initial assessment session, to give us both the chance to meet and ask questions. Choosing a counsellor is an important decision. We may be working together for some time, and I want you to feel like you've had plenty of time to make that decision, without feeling any commitment or obligation.
